Neon Indian – Fallout & Heart Previews

Haven’t been this excited about an album release in a while :) I hope the richness of the latest preview of “Fallout” from Neon Indian’s upcoming September album Era Extraña speaks for the entire album when it comes out in September. Would it be wrong of me to say it sounds like it has a “my bloody valentine” shoegazer angle to it, let alone looks like it too?

There are also two video snippets of the HEART electro instrumentals which are also going to appear on the album.  A different direction away from his first album Psychic Chasms, but definitely welcoming. 80s-esque lo-fi TV synths and samplings? Sign me up please!
